Heavy hail bouncing off the skylight is scaring little Diego and pissing me off. I should not be spending my Saturday night moving potted plants out of the path of flying bits of ice. Not in March (the Ides of March at that) and not in San Diego.

Very true. A falling crane probably would’ve done even more damage to my marigolds than the hail did, not to mention crusing the entire building.
