Being Green
Today is National Bike To Work Day, and despite the physical difficulties of my commute, I decided to partipate and show just how green the little law firm can be.
Fortunately my employer supports casual Fridays. Actually, the law firm supports casual everydays. Given that the diverticuthingee has kept me out of the sun and gym the last two weeks, be thankful it wasn’t warmer and a modicum of decorum was maintained.

As a good California commuter, I then headed to my favorite drive through coffee place. All necessary food can be served in a drive-through environment for commuting ease. Note that I’m using my own cup (being eco-friendly) and wearing my bluetooth (for hands-free chatting). Safety is important, even if the bicycle helmet seems to have disappeared. It would’ve mussed my hair anyways.

Then comes the heavy traffic. Lots of congestion in that hallway by the bookcase, and lots of glass in danger of getting broken if everyone isn’t careful coming around the laundry closet. The city should probably be putting a traffic light at this corner. Or ramps. I miss traffic circles.

But we made it though all those obstacles, and now I’m sitting at my desk ready to work. It feels good being green.

I’m surprised the laundry pile hazard didn’t trip you up!
Fortunately I was using the mountain bike. Coulda been ugly if I’d been on the road bike.
Oh my god you wear one of those ear things.
I AM SO MAKING FUN OF YOU from now on!!!
and note the cleanliness of the drive through counter as well!
Way to make a difference.
that’s a hell of a commute you’ve got there mister! oh, and nice toenail polish (picture of you on bike on deck)!
