Progress isn’t always good.
Ever since summer school Community Property class many, many years ago, I’ve short-handed family law and community property assets as belonging to H & W. Probably just like many other lawyers out there, because that’s the way things had always been. Just caught myself having to fix some notes that almost ended up including H & H. See kiddies, progress isn’t always good. Sometimes it causes headaches.
