TV star
While killing time at a mall before lunch a local TV news crew shanghaied me into getting a chair massage for their camera so they could showcase a local business looking to profit off stressed and tired shoppers this holiday season. They even did a quick interview from below the work area, with the camera looking up at my smooshed face through the face rest on the chair.
Felt good, especially something the massage guy did to my left shoulder, though the whole concept of massage in front of an audience and fully-clothed just bothers me. Tough for me to relax and let go under those circumstances. Call me a traditionalist, but I’ll take my massage nekkid, one-on-one, and with some zen music in the background. The bit is supposed to air Monday, so we’ll see then if me and my buffed-from-swimming shoulder (fully covered by ugly polo shirt) made the cut.
