Beautiful San Diego
Especially for a Monday, it was a great day. Without going into the Cubepeople’s clients, I spent a couple of hours this morning on the front of a fast boat on the Pacific. Beautiful glassy conditions going out, just a bit of wind on the way back in. Great ride with an incredible view from the front seats (see the picture of the boat at the linked site). But no pics here as there was no way on earth I was letting go of the handholds, even to risk the Cubepeople’s little camera.
Also enjoying ex-San Diegan Joe Crawford’s post at the San Diego Blog on Google’s new satellite photo feature. I’ve been playing with the feature for a few days myself, and love it. One of those rare features that’s not just cool, it’s useful. And yes, Black’s Beach is visible in the fifth link.

And just to make it completely clear, the first link does not identify any clients of myself or the Cubepeople, or even clients of clients. They are just the wonderful haulers of 190 pounds of highly expendable cargo out to a job site who have an incredible boat and give a very fun ride.
