Happy New Year
No silly resolutions that I wouldn’t keep anyway. No best/worst lists. If you want the year in review, go to the roadmap and scan the 500 or so postings that document our 2002. Was it the worst year ever? No. Was it the best year ever? No. It was just another year, containing portions of the 37th and 38th years of my existence, and sixth and seventh of Pongo’s. Experiences happened (or didn’t, as the case may be). Friends were discovered. Connections were severed. Some relationships continued. The old man is gone and the baby new year’s arrival allows us to flip to a new picture on the wall. While the change of scenery is nice, I’ll decide later whether I really prefer it over the previous one.
