In all those silly CLE seminars on the dangers of substance abuse in the legal profession they cover up the thrill of trying to finish a Memo in Opposition to Motion to Vacate (due today) while mixing excessive amounts of Tylenol Synus and Peet’s Holiday Blend. Kind of a fuzzy feeling right where the nose and eyes meet combined with a scary amount of energy that can only be burned off by throwing things. I knew they were hiding something from me; there had to be some combination of substances that worked.
