Laps at the pool won out over surfing just because I wasn’t feeling like dealing with traffic. Made it back to the pool at lunch to get some sun. Other than that I’m getting a lot of work done and might actually be settling a case (that’s a good thing). Yes, the main purpose of this post is just to remind those of you who are elsewhere, including the very cool Canadian blogger who allows me to be a groupie, that even though it’s December, I haven’t worn shoes in two days and spent half an hour this morning swimming in an outdoor pool and another hour at lunch laying in the sun. The only downside is that the jacuzzi is broken again and my back is feeling stiff. ohhh the inhumanity of it all

   It’s snowing here in Louisville, Kentucky. We’re supposed to get between three and six inches by morning. I think the temperatures are in the mid-20s. Jealous?
