Great post over at Unbillable Hours on Kenneth Starr’s case before the Supreme Court this session: representing tattoo artists in a First Amendment challenge to a South Carolina ban on such body art. No ink here yet, but I’ve seen some great ones and may yet break down. TPB’s right in that it should be a fascinating argument.

This looks like one of those cases that the Supremes took not because of precedent, but rather because it might be a fun case…
