Just added a link to Glassdog’s SmartTags page on the links page. The more I read about Redmond’s new attempt to control independent thought the more disgusted I get. FYI – the meta tag that will supposedly/hopefully block this ‘service’ will be incorporated into this site over the next few days. This might not be a great site, but its my site, not Mr. Gates’. When I write about bears, I probably want a link about Cal, not furry gay men, wild animals or a certain cartoon character living in Jellystone Park. When I write about Togo, I probably want a link about Pongo’s homeland, not a chain of franchised sandwich shops. When I write about the State Department, I probably want a link that discusses the foreign policy arm of the last great superpower, not, as a pretty-young-thang suggested in a Georgia bar too many years ago, “the people who mow the grass down the center of the highways.” Most importantly, I WANT THE LINKS I CHOOSE!
